One day a mother and baby weta went trotting down the path. But a owl was spying on them. Look   said baby weta theres an owl spying on us. No there Isn't said mother weta. Yes there is. But theres no  such thing as owls oh really you think so yes I think so. Do you yup said baby weta scratching his body. Lets go home but we haven't had diner yet. It  dosint mutter about diner baby weta. he sneaked away in the woods. mother weta missed baby weta. baby weta had the same heart.

one day a weta went on adventure all over the forest. and he was looking for food  like bugs and plants so he climbed a tree because he thought he could see some food . and he stayed in the tree because he thought it was safe but as the sun went down it got darker and he looked up the tree hole and he saw red glowing eyes AAAAAAH! its a possum as it ran down the tree it was licking its lips and he said bad luck I am going to eat you the weta was shivering like mad he was so scared  the possum was laughing ha ha ha fresh meat he said  his red eyes was so scary. So he ran as fast as he could and he ran out the tree hole and he covered the hole with sticks and was safe. He was trapped and the weta was safe.

Once  there  was  a  little  weta  who  went  on  a  adventure. He  went  to  pack. He went out to the woods. He was very scared. But there was a big problem. There were 6 different ways but he did not know which path. But he took the wrong path.


I am learning to make sentences of different lengths. Can someone give me some ideas please.
